Services That Simplify Your Life
NetClient comes with several convenient, easy to use, online services. We will work with you to customize NetClient to best meet your needs.
Document Presentation-Need a copy of your W-2's or a tax return for a loan application? Need a copy of your year-end financial statement? Just log into your files on NetClient...and then view or print your information.
File Exchange-Retrieve and send documents we are working together on via your portal. It is a great way to make quick changes to work in progress. Several clients are using NetClient to post backups of the Client Bookkeeping Solution data or Quickbooks data for security purposes. You can exchange any type of file, including Microsoft Office files and scanned information - in a secure environment.
Tax Organizer-The personal tax organizer makes it easy for you to give us the tax information wee need to process your tax return at year end. Simply fill out the organizer in your portal. You can stop and start again at your convenience. When you have completed it, we will be notified, and we will retrieve the data from your portal.

Current Uses of NetClient
Several of our Client Bookkeeping clients use their portal to post a copy of their back up data, both as an easy way to give us a copy and a SAFE and SECURE OFFSITE data backup.
Other clients use the Document Presentation portal as a way to review draft financial statements and tax returns. This is more convenient and secure than waiting at their fax machine to get a barely readable copy for review.
