Frank is a graduate of Fairfield University and has been a CPA since 1979.

Frank earned the CPA.CITP designation in 2007.

He is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA) and is a member of the Technology Committee of the CSCPA. He is also a member of the Information Technology Section and Tax Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

He has written articles and presented seminars on technology topics to other members of the CSCPA. Frank is in charge of the firm's technology and is also the Network Administrator.

His areas of expertise include small business consulting and planning, individual and small business tax and computer and technology consulting

His client base includes manufacturing, retail, professional and service organizations.

In addition to his professional involvement, Frank is serving on the Parish Council and Finance Council of his church, The Church of the Holy Spirit in Newington.

Frank lives in Newington with his wife Robin and their sons, Timothy and Jeffrey. His hobbies include reading, sports and being a Dad.
